CodeFab is quite simply a great place to be an engineer. CodeFab engineers work with some of the most exciting new and proven technologies in the web development universe such as Java, WebObjects, WebDAV, XML, EOF, etc. CodeFab engineers typically get involved in projects from the very first meetings with clients and help to direct the progress of our projects all the way through to deployment.
Our engineers are serious about object oriented programming, design patterns and refactoring. Most of our development is done using "eXtreme Programming", or "XP", practices. Our engineers generally start writing code much sooner on an XP project, and they'll see their code deployed more frequently. One of our engineers claims to have shipped more product in his two years at CodeFab using XP than in the 10 years of engineering prior to his joining our firm.
We're looking for bright people who love working in teams and love to write code that they see all the way through to deployment. We're also interested in hiring experienced system administrators.
